1Password (Linux) keyboard shortcuts

1Password is a password manager software for storing various account
passwords, software licenses, and other sensitive information. By default,
the vault which contains encrypted data is stored on the developer's server
for a monthly fee.

1Password (Linux) has 64 shortcuts and we have listed all of them below.

To use these default keyboard shortcuts or create your own, open and unlock
1Password, then click your account or collection at the top of the sidebar
and choose Settings > General.

To use this shortcut, click your account or collection at the top of the
sidebar and choose Settings > Security. Then turn on “Hold Ctrl+Alt to
toggle revealed fields”.

Ctrl + O                Open the selected item in a new window
Ctrl + E                Edit the selected item
Esc                     Cancel an edit
Esc                     Clear the search field
Ctrl + S                Save changes to an item
Del                     Move the selected item(s) to the Archive
Ctrl + Del              Delete the selected item(s)
Ctrl + +                Zoom in
Ctrl + -                Zoom out
Ctrl + 0                Actual size

In web browser

To open the 1Password pop-up in Chrome, Edge, or Brave, press Shift + Ctrl
+ X, or in Firefox, press Control + Period (.), then you can use the
following shortcuts:

Ctrl + I                Create new item
Ctrl + E                Edit the selected item
Enter                   Copy the selected item detail
Enter                   Perform the default action for the selected item
Ctrl + Enter            Open the website for the selected Login item in a new tab and fill your
username and password
Ctrl + C                Copy the username of the selected item
Shift + Ctrl + C        Copy the password of the selected item
Shift + Ctrl + Super    Copy the one-time password of the selected item
Ctrl + Alt              Reveal all passwords in the item details
Ctrl + O                Open the selected item in a separate window
Ctrl + F                Search 1Password
Ctrl + Down arrow       Open the category menu
Ctrl + D                Show vaults
Ctrl + G                Show the password generator
Ctrl + C                Copy and save a password from the password generator
Esc                     Dismiss the 1Password pop-up
