FileMaker is a relational database program developed by Apple subsidiary
FileMaker Inc. It provides functions like dragging elements into layouts,
screens, forms for modifying databases. It was evolved from being a DOS
application and today used on OS X, macOS, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows
10, iOS



General
-------

Esc                     Cancel an operation or dialog box
Space                   Click a selected button on a layout with the keyboard
Alt + F4                Exit or quit FileMaker Pro
Shift                   (While opening the file)  Use a specified account name and password to open
a file
Ctrl + Shift + D        Open the Manage Database dialog box
Ctrl + Shift + F        Open the Find/Replace dialog box
Space                   Play or edit a sound in a container field
Ctrl + Down arrow       Reorder items in a list box, such as Script steps, Fields, Parts
Ctrl + Z                Undo the last command
Ctrl + S                Save a script
Ctrl + [Num 0 - 9]      Perform one of the first ten scripts listed in the Scripts menu

Ctrl + F                Find mode
Ctrl + U                Preview mode


Text
----

Ctrl + Shift + C        (with no objects selected)   Copy all records in the found set to the
Clipboard in text form
Ctrl + Shift + \        Justified

Ctrl + T                Text
Ctrl + N                Number


Table and relationship selection and arrangement
------------------------------------------------

Shift + Left click      (then drag selection around multiple tables) Select multiple tables. Note:
To select by partially dragging around tables, press Ctrl while dragging.

Ctrl + Z                Undo the last command
