Hearts of Iron is a strategy game developed by Paradox Development Studio
and published by Paradox Interactive. The game focuses on World War II and
lets player choose between start dates of 1936 or 1939. Hearts of Iron IV
was released on June 2016.

Right click             (On any territory) Diplomacy window with the owner of the area
