iA Writer keyboard shortcuts

iA Writer is a text editor developed by Information Architects. It aims to
give user a clean, distraction-free writing environment. iA Writer works in
macOS, Windows, iOS and Android.

iA Writer has 24 shortcuts and we have listed all of them below.



Caret positioning
-----------------

Note: Shortcuts below can be used in combination with Shift to select text
between cursor and target position.

Left arrow              Previous character
Right arrow             Next character
Up arrow                Previous line
Down arrow              Next line
Fn + Left arrow         Go to start of line
Fn + Right arrow        Go to end of line
Ctrl + Left arrow       Go to previous word
Ctrl + Right arrow      Go to next word
Ctrl + Up arrow         Go to previous paragraph
Ctrl + Down arrow       Go to next paragraph


Manipulating text
-----------------

Ctrl + C                Copy
Ctrl + X                Cut
Ctrl + V                Paste
Ctrl + A                Select all
Ctrl + Z                Undo
Ctrl + Shift + Z        Redo
Ctrl + B                Bold
Ctrl + I                Italic
Ctrl +  +               Strikethrough
Ctrl + 1                ... to 6 H1 through H6
Tab                     Insert four spaces
Shift + Enter           Add two spaces and a newline ()
Ctrl + Backspace        Delete word to the left of cursor
