It helps quickly analyze and find insights in datasets.

Google Looker (Windows, 2023) has 75 shortcuts and we have listed all of
them below.



Available in all pages

Ctrl + Shift + K        Open search bar
?                       Show or hide keyboard shortcut help menu

When viewing or editing dashboards, use the Esc key to hide the keyboard
shortcut help menu.

Ctrl + Shift + D        Enter or exit Development Mode

This shortcut is overridden when you're in the LookML editor (IDE).

Ctrl + ;                Show or hide left navigation menu


Viewing dashboards
------------------

You can use these shortcuts depending on the permissions and the access
level you have.

Ctrl + Enter            Reload data
Ctrl + Shift + D        Enter or exit Development Mode
Ctrl + Shift + K        Search
Ctrl + Shift + Enter    Clear cache and refresh dashboard
Ctrl + Shift + E        Enter edit mode
Alt + Shift + D         Download dashboard
Alt + Shift + S         Schedule delivery
Ctrl + Alt + R          Reset filters

Editing dashboards
------------------

You can use these shortcuts in edit mode, depending on the permissions and
the access level you have.

Ctrl + Enter            Reload data
Alt + Shift + T         Add text tile
Alt + Shift + V         Add query tile
Ctrl + S                Save
Alt + Shift + F         Add filter
Esc                     Hide keyboard shortcuts menu

Legacy dashboards

Shortcuts for legacy dashboard are slightly different from the shortcuts
available for viewing or editing dashboards.
