Map Growth is a standardized achievement test for measuring achievement and
growth in K–12 math, reading, language usage, and science.

Map Growth - Test Navigation has 31 shortcuts and we have listed all of
them below.



General questions
-----------------

Tab                     Navigate between areas
Shift + Tab             Navigate backwards between areas
Space                   Select an answer
A                       Select an answer choice
B                       Select an answer choice
C                       Select an answer choice
D                       Select an answer choice
E                       Select an answer choice
1                       Select an answer choice
2                       Select an answer choice
3                       Select an answer choice
4                       Select an answer choice
5                       Select an answer choice
Enter                   Complete the answer. Press once to select the arrow button, press again to
submit the answer


Drag-drop questions
-------------------

Tab                     Navigate to your selection
Space                   Pick your selection
Tab                     Navigate to correct position
Space                   Release the item


Test tools
----------

On Mac systems, use Option key instead of Alt

Alt + T                 Focus to the Toolbar area
Alt + X                 Close all open tools

General tools:

Alt + +                 Magnify display
Alt + -                 Minimize display
Alt + H                 Toggle the Highlighter on or off
Alt + E                 Toggle the Eraser on or off
Alt + L                 Toggle the Line Reader on or off
Alt + N                 Toggle the Notepad on. Turns Notepad off when working outside the Notepad
Alt + A                 Toggle the Answer Eliminator on or off

Mathematics Tools:

Alt + C                 Open/Close the Calculator
Alt + R                 Toggle the Ruler on/off. To move, use arrow keys; to rotate, use L (left)
and R (right)
Alt + P                 Toggle the Protractor on/off

Miscellaneous:

Text-to-speech has no shortcut. Use T to focus the toolbar, then use
arrowkeys and Space.

Note: Text-to-speech tools will only be available if you have selected
Text-to-speech when setting up your test

Alt + Z                 Select the Reset button for the question
