Path of Exile has 32 shortcuts and we have listed all of them below.



General

Left click              Movement, primary attack
Middle click            Secondary attack
Left click              Tertiary attack
1                       Using item from the first slot
2                       Using item from the second slot
3                       Using item from the third slot
4                       Using item from the fourth slot
5                       Using item from the fifth slot
Q                       Use first skill
W                       Use second skill
E                       Use third skill
R                       Use fourth skill
T                       Use fifth skill
Shift + Left click      Hold while clicking left mouse button to attack without moving around
X                       Change weapons (if you have another one in a slot)
D                       Detonate a mine
Alt                     Briefly highlight items on the ground
Z                       Toggle highlighting items on the ground
A                       Toggle searching through corpses
Enter                   Chat
