Esc                     Deselect element
Del                     Delete element
Backspace               Delete element
Shift                   (hold when resizing) Lock aspect ratio
Alt                     (hold when resizing) Center origin

Moving canvas element:

Arrow keys              Small move
Shift + Arrow keys      Large move

Change scene placements in bulk:

Shift + Ctrl + Left click + Move the mouse Select one or two scenes, drag and drop
Shift + Left click + Move the mouse hold Shift, select range and drag and drop
