Telegram Desktop is a Windows application allowing you to use Telegram with
your computer. 

Telegram has 24 shortcuts and we have listed all of them below.



General
-------

Ctrl + 0                Go to your Saved Messages
Ctrl + Tab              Move to next chat
Ctrl + Page Down        Move to next chat
Alt + Down arrow        Move to next chat
Ctrl + Shift + Tab      Move to previous chat
Ctrl + Page Up          Move to previous chat
Alt + Up arrow          Move to previous chat
Ctrl + F                Search selected chat
Esc                     Exit selected chat and search Telegram
Esc                     Exit display of current chat / channel
Up arrow / Down arrow   Navigation in chat / channel list
Page Up                 Navigation in chat / channel list
Page Down               Navigation in chat / channel list
Del                     Delete selected message
Ctrl + Q                Quit Telegram
Ctrl + L                Lock Telegram (if local password is set)
Ctrl + M                Iconify (minimize) Telegram
Ctrl + W                Iconify (minimize) Telegram to system tray
Up arrow                Edit previous message


Formatting text
---------------

Select text and use following shortcuts to make text bold, italic, etc.

On macOS, use Cmd instead of Ctrl.

Ctrl + B                Bold
Ctrl + I                Italic
Ctrl + K                Create or edit a custom link
Ctrl + Shift + M        Monospace font
Ctrl + Shift + N        Clear formatting
