Unturned is a free-to-play survival game developed by Nelson Sexton of
Smartly Dressed Games. The game has several different game modes, all of
which feature the same basic concept of zombie survival. It was released on
July 2017.

Unturned has 52 shortcuts and we have listed all of them below.

Right Ctrl + Right click Quick equip
Right Ctrl + Right click Quick Move items between storages
Ctrl + Left click       Drop item
Right click then [1 - 9] Right click item in inventory and press CTRL + any number button to add
hotkey to an item
