SentForApproval: The finished draft is waiting to be reviewed by a moderator.
Approved: The finished draft was approved by a moderator, but not published to the web yet.
Rejected: The finished draft was rejected by a moderator. It can be edited by you.
Published: The finished draft was published to the World Wide Web.
What you can do here?
Localize existing shortcut list content from English to your "Primary Editing Language"
specified in Settings. There are 100s of programs and games that can be localized.
What is not supported right now?
Adding new shortcut list or any type of content.
Specifying alternate shortcut (that is specific to your localization).
Localizing existing articles (text articles that are non-shortcut lists).
Machine translation is acceptable as long as you review it to be accurate.
You cannot make any kind of advertisement in the translation (in your Profile, it is fine), only the content related to context will be accepted.
