To send Ctrl + Alt + Del to the remote Windows computer, Go to application menu and click Actions, then click Ctrl-Alt-Del.

To send other keyboard shortcuts such as Ctrl + C, you need to enable "Send Key Combination" feature during a session. To do this, go to the application menu, click Actions > Send Key Combinations.
