When a rule selects a folder for a given message, Nostalgy informs you in the status line. You can then use following shortcuts:

0	↑ Shift + C	Copy
0	↑ Shift + G	Go to folder
0	↑ Shift + B	Save message and go there

0	T then O	Change header to To:
0	C then C	Change header to Cc:
0	B then C then C	Change header to Bcc:
0	Esc then Esc	Focus the message body
