FBReader is a popular ebook reader with over 30 million installs. It supports various formats like ePub, mobi, fb2, and HTML. Available on iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and Chrome OS, FBReader uses its own rendering engine for fast performance. Notably, it's not open-source since 2015. The latest version for Android was released on July 15, 2024, featuring cover displays for more LCP-protected books and minor UI improvements. For Windows, you can download FBReader from the Microsoft Store or their website.
