To use ReLive hotkeys, ReLive should be enabled first from AMD Radeon Settings. These shortcuts can be configured in AMD Radeon Settings > ReLive.
-1	Alt + R	Open Radeon Overlay for in-game configuration
-3	Alt + Z	Toggle toolbar
10	Ctrl + ↑ Shift + R	Toggle recording
26	Ctrl + ↑ Shift + S	Save instant replay
4	Ctrl + ↑ Shift + G	Toggle streaming
5	Ctrl + ↑ Shift + E	Take a screenshot
