The shortcuts in this topic refer to the US keyboard layout. Keys for other layouts might not correspond exactly to the keys on a US keyboard.

1	Esc	Close
1	or ⤶ Enter
0	Alt + S	Send
1	Alt + N	then A, F Insert file
1	Ctrl + ↑ Shift + K	New task
0	Alt + H	then R, A Reply All
1	Alt + S	then S Send/Receive
1	Alt + H	then M, V Select folder from list Move to folder
0	Alt + JA	then A, S Attachment SaveAs

0	Ctrl + 6	Switch to Folder list in the Folder pane
1	Ctrl + 7	Switch to Shortcuts
1	↑ Shift + Tab	Move between the Folder pane, the main Outlook window, the Reading pane, and the To-Do bar

1	Esc	Clear the search results
0	Ctrl + ↑ Shift + F	Use Advanced Find

Post a reply in the selected folder

Check names

Open the Add list

Flag an item or mark complete

Place the focus on an InfoPath folder, and then press Ctrl+N to create an InfoPath form

To select a specific card in the list, type one or more letters of the name that the card is filed under, or type the name of the field you are sorting by.
