It's just to show that shortcut is probably "important" .

These stars appear when a shortcut has likes and / or shared more than a few times (I count clicks to "Copy" and "Embed" buttons) . Since I calculate this internally, it can appear even in shortcuts with 0 or -1 likes.

Maybe I can add a description in the popup that explains this shortly.
