To hold a call, use menus or use Tab or Shift + Tab to cycle betweeen buttons and items.
0	⌥ Opt + ⌘ Cmd + T	Forward call
0	⌥ Opt + ⌘ Cmd + ↓	Mute / unmute your voice
0	⌘ Cmd + ↑	Increase volume
0	⌘ Cmd + ↓	Decrease volume
0	⌘ Cmd + ⌥ Opt + ↑ Shift + H	Toggle call control stip auto-fading (only available when VoiceOver is enabled)

To answer a call and see the caller ID, press Control + Cmd + J to open Cisco Jabber Status Menu. Use Down Arrow to move through options and select "answer call from [number]". Press Enter.
0	↑ Shift + ⌘ Cmd + D	Reject calls
0	Tab	(when Conversation window is in focus) Move to Decline or Answer button
0	or ↑ Shift + Tab

0	⌘ Cmd + B	Bold
0	⌥ Opt + ⌘ Cmd + I	Italic

These shortcuts will work even when the Cisco Jabber is in the background.

To change status, press Control + Command + J to open the Cisco Jabber status menu. Press down arrow to move through the options and Enter to select a status.

0	Del	Delete voice message
0	⌥ Opt + ⌘ Cmd + Del	Empty voice message trash
0	⌥ Opt + ⌘ Cmd + P	Play voice message (toggle play and pause)
0	⌘ Cmd + 4	View voice message tab
