Blizzard's Hearthstone doesn't provide almost any keyboard shortcuts, but you can add some hotkeys using third party programs.

0	Esc	Open game menu
-2	Space	Open pack

As recommended by Reddit user Unicornsity, this program lets you add shortcut keys for some actions like emoting, attacking and ending the turn. Here are these shortcuts:
0		End turn
-1	or Ctrl + Space
0	or Ctrl + ⤶ Enter
0	Ctrl +	Target enemy hero with what is under the mouse cursor
1	F1	Emote "Greetings"
0	or Num 1
0	or End
0	F2	Emote "Well Played"
0	or 2
0	or numdown
0	F3	Emote "Thanks"
0	or Num 3
0	or numPage Down
0	F4	Emote "Sorry"
0	or Num 4
0	or numleft
0	F5	Emote "Oops"
0	or Num 5
0	or numClear
0	F6	Emote "Threaten"

-1	Ctrl + Esc	Concede
0	Ctrl + M	Toggle the option "Sound in Background" (experimental)
