I can't find out how to assign a shortcut key to seek 0.00.00
that is the beginning of the CURRENTLY SELECTED FILE.

I'm not using this software but it's usually "Previous track". One hit will skip to beginning of the current file in many media players.

Yes you are correct, but then I have to select "next track" to get back to the start. I realize it's not hard to do, but it seems like I should be able to program a key in Media Monkey to do exactly what i want because Media Monkey allows users to program keys.

I think I didn't mean that. I installed to check and I see MediaMonkey works similar to other media players. *If the tracks is past first a few seconds*, Ctrl + B literally skips to beginning of the track, not previous track. Press again and it goes to previous track. Ctrl + Alt + left didn't do anything for me.
