These shortcuts are available for the Preview version of the Windows Terminal. They're focused on tab management, so you don't have to reach the mouse to swtich between tabs.

Ctrl + ↑   Shift + T

New tab

Ctrl + ↑   Shift + W

Close tab

Ctrl + ↑   Shift + 1 - 9

New tab (profile 0 to 9)

Ctrl + Alt + 1 - 9

Switch to tab 0 - 9

Ctrl + ⭾ Tab

Next tab

Ctrl + ↑   Shift + ⭾ Tab

Previous tab

Ctrl + ,

Open settings

Ctrl + ↑   Shift +

Scroll up

Ctrl + ↑   Shift +

Scroll down

Ctrl + Shift + Page Up

Scroll up a page

Ctrl + Shift + Page Down

Scroll down a page

These are only shortcuts for the Windows Terminal main window. Don't forget to look at Windows Command Line shortcuts for selecting text and accessing command history, etc.

Ctrl-W isn't working for me! It just writes ^W to the Terminal window.

I have tried Ctrl+Shift+W and it worked. Probably they have updated that shortcut. Thank you for your comment!

Shortcut for selecting a tab is control alt (1 - 9)
