You don't have to be a master of Microsoft Word to make use of some useful shortcuts. Yes, there are lots of Word shortcuts, but you don't have to memorize them all. Just look for what you would use a lot - you'll most probably be editing faster.

1.I face regular problem " word not responding" i need to know how to quickly correct the problem?
2. Computer Battery drains very fast, full charging takes hours .. why ? how to prevent this

It seems there isn't a direct shortcut for this. You can assign a shortcut to "PasteTextOnly" or do the following:

1. Press Ctrl + V to paste formatted text.
2. Press Ctrl (and release) to open paste context menu.
3. Press T to select "Keep text only".

- Right click ribbon, click Customize the Ribbon
- Click "Customize" button next to the "Keyboard shortcuts" label.
- On Categories (left) column, click "All Commands"
- On Commands (right), find "PasteTextOnly" and assign a new shortcut (by clicking empty "Press new shortcut" area and pressing the shortcut.

This worked for me.
